In short
- Two layers, two rules, search and analysis have their own quotas; enabled AI video generation uses an expiring quote and a separate credit ledger. Commercial checkout is not active in the pilot.
- You keep ownership, of rights you hold in your products and media. Processing and AI output do not grant rights in third-party content or guarantee exclusive copyright.
- You stay responsible, for the rights to what you upload and recreate, and for reviewing AI output before publishing.
Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or using Reacast, you accept these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility & account creation
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials confidential. One account per person; workspaces are shared spaces described below.

Workspaces
A workspace holds brand and product information, searches, followed accounts, inspirations, analyses and projects. The current pilot provides a private owner workspace. Team invitations, shared roles and Agency multi-workspace features are not active services.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the product information and media you add to your workspace.
Subscriptions & billing
The proposed plans and prices appear on our Pricing page. They are commercial reference information. Payment checkout, paid subscriptions, credit purchases and automatic renewals are not active in the current pilot. A paid service requires a working checkout with its price, taxes, duration and renewal conditions presented before purchase.

The placeholders, taxes, billing currency and paid-service conditions must be completed before public launch or accepting payment. These pilot Terms do not activate a paid subscription.
Reacast Credits
Key rule
Credits are separate from your subscription. The server quote specifies the enabled model, billable duration, quality, variants, credit total, failure policy and expiry. Your confirmation reserves the credits before submission; the recorded outcome settles that reservation once. No universal one-credit render, included voiceover or unlimited analysis is promised.

- Purchased and promotional credits have distinct ledger origins; pilot grants are not evidence of a purchase
- Expiry, rollover and purchase-refund conditions must be shown in the applicable offer before any sale
- A confirmed technical failure without a usable output releases or restores credits once; an uncertain provider outcome awaits reconciliation
- Aesthetic dissatisfaction does not automatically refund credits or start a new attempt; another generation requires a new confirmed quote
Pending legal review
Commercial credit pricing, expiry, purchase refunds and plan changes remain to be validated. No fixed five-minute refund deadline is guaranteed. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
Free trial
Pilot access and any promotional credits are limited to the allocation and capabilities actually enabled for the workspace. There is no guaranteed 14-day trial or allocation of 20 credits, and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription. The available balance and generation quote govern each enabled operation.
Cancellation & refunds
You can stop using the pilot or request account deletion from /app/Settings. Deletion also closes the workspace and ends access immediately. Subscription cancellation, purchase refunds and statutory withdrawal information must be available before paid checkout is activated; an in-app credit adjustment is distinct from a refund of money.

Refund and withdrawal conditions depend on the offer and applicable mandatory law. No blanket exclusion of refunds or withdrawal rights is established by this pilot text.
User content & intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in the products and media you provide. You authorize the hosting, validation, technical preparation and transmission to the necessary service providers for the requested workflow. This authorization ends with deletion, subject to processing already underway and justified retention obligations. Reacast does not grant ownership of third-party works or guarantee that an AI output is exclusive or protected by copyright.
You are responsible for the content, products, videos and images you import, and for making sure you hold the rights needed to use them in Reacast.
Recreate & third-party concepts
Reacast extracts creative structures from available sources and offers concept adaptation or product replacement in a selected video when enabled. Selecting a source can automatically download and prepare the complete video and import its preparation into Media without a separate ownership or license attestation. Reacast records the selection and operation; this is not verified permission. Preparation or replacing a product does not grant rights to reproduce, transform or publish a protected work.
Rights remain yours to secure. Public availability does not clear copyright, music, likeness or trademark rights. You remain responsible for the permissions required for your use and publication. Content subject to a withdrawal or restriction must not be reused. Report a rights concern through Contact with the source link.
AI-generated content
Enabled analyses, creative text and generated video use AI services. They can misinterpret a source, invent details or produce visual artifacts; product fidelity, performance and an exact copy are not guaranteed. An unavailable or incomplete source must not be treated as a complete audiovisual analysis.
Review before publishing. Check the product, claims, people, music, trademarks and required AI disclosures before approval and export. Export does not publish to a social network. You are responsible for your later publication and compliance with applicable advertising and transparency rules.
Acceptable use

- Use Reacast for your own products or your clients’ products
- Analyze accessible public references within enabled connectors, quotas and applicable rights
- Publish the videos you generate, subject to the rights below
- Download approved outputs for manual publication with the necessary permissions
You may not
- Uploading content you have no right to use
- Reselling, sublicensing or white-labeling Reacast without an express agreement
- Scraping, reverse engineering or automated abuse of the platform
- Generating illegal, hateful, infringing or deceptive content, fake testimonials or unauthorized endorsements, face or voice cloning
- Artificially inflating metrics or manipulating attribution
Third-party services & social platforms
Parts of Reacast depend on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook and the enabled collection, analysis and generation providers. Public-source collection is distinct from connecting your social account. Platform restrictions, budgets, quotas and outages can make a feature unavailable. No complete network coverage, guaranteed organic reach, sales result or automatic publication is promised.
Availability & beta features
The current service is a pilot: each connector and AI workflow depends on its actual readiness and budget. Marketing examples, demo screens and the public Status page are not evidence of live availability or an uptime commitment. Known limits and errors apply to the affected operation.

Any contractual SLA and its remedies are still to be defined.
Suspension & termination
Serious or repeated misuse can lead to suspension, with notice where appropriate and legally possible. Deleting your account from /app/Settings also closes its workspace: access and new jobs are blocked immediately, and files and provider copies enter the tracked purge process. Export and download your data first; there is no 30-day export or reactivation window after deletion. Retention limits and unresolved provider or backup deadlines are described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service & pricing
Pilot features and proposed prices may evolve. Any paid offer must present its applicable conditions before acceptance. Changes to an existing paid contract must follow the notice and cancellation rules stated in that contract and applicable law; this pilot text sets no renewal or price-increase schedule.
