In short
Identify the failed stage and message before retrying creation in the same project. Check the source, product or render according to the indicated cause. Distinguish a technical processing failure from a result needing correction, and check the existing operation before starting another attempt.
Read project status
Reopen the same project and identify the stage: source preparation, passage generation or assembly. Read the displayed message; an ongoing job is not a failure.
Distinguish a technical failure from a visually unsatisfactory result. A completed job with a distorted product needs creative and fidelity review; a job blocked before generation first requires resolving its access, media or cost condition. The next actions differ.
Fix the cause
- If the source is inaccessible, use a readable video reference. If product media is missing, correct the record before fresh preparation.
- For a budget issue, expired quote or unavailable service, follow the message and review the updated cost. Use the retry offered in the project; avoid repeated submissions or duplicate projects.
After a network interruption, reopen the project to check what was actually saved. A missing browser response does not prove that the provider received nothing. Wait for the existing status and offered actions before confirming a new request or quote.
Choose a retry for the situation
Inaccessible source: check that it is the right video and remains readable; another reference may be needed. Changed product: review the record and prepare the project with current context. Assembly failure after generation: check passage media and the rendering message before requesting new generation.
For a generated but unsatisfactory result, identify the exact passage, product details and text involved. Overlay corrections can be made in the editor; a media defect needs another available passage action. Do not approve downloading until you have watched the complete new version.
If the issue persists
Keep the project ID, stage, time and message for support. Do not send keys or connection tokens. A failed submission does not establish the final balance or a refund: check the saved state.
