Connect your first product in 3 minutes

3 min readUpdated October 12, 2026

In short

Start with a simple product record: a name, a category and details you can confirm. You can save it without connecting a store, then find it in My Products to prepare your searches.

Prepare the essentials

Sign in and complete your initial workspace setup. Have the product name, category and, if available, a description, verified benefits and photos ready. The price and URL are optional.

The three minutes in the title are a guide for a simple record, not a guaranteed completion time. Reviewing details and adding several photos may take longer.

Add your product

  1. In the portal navigation, open My Products, then Add product.
  2. Choose Create manually to enter a record without a store. Product image also lets you select photos; you then fill in the details yourself.
  3. Click Continue. Enter at least a name and category, then review the other fields. Add photos if they help identify the product.
  4. Click Continue to move to Choose your keywords. Add terms describing your product and its uses.
  5. At the last step, use Enregistrer le produit and wait for the save confirmation.

Find the saved record

Return to My Products: your product card should appear. Open it to view the record. Check the name, category and photo after reloading before using the product in a search.

Saving a product does not automatically launch a Discover search or generate a video. You choose which search or creation to prepare next.

If saving does not finish

Follow the message under the form: the name and category need at least two characters, and any price entered must be valid. Accepted photos are JPEG, PNG and WebP, with up to ten files of 20 MB each.

If the record was saved but some photos failed, the message says so. Check the files and retry, then inspect the existing record before starting a completely new addition.
