In short
Reopen the same project and read the operation, stage and displayed message before restarting processing. Check saving and the media needed for rendering. Queued indicates waiting; if an error appears, correct its cause or give the project details to support.
Identify status
Reopen the project and read its message. Queued means processing is waiting; Rendering means a stage is running. Displayed progress follows reported stages, not a guaranteed time estimate.
Also identify the operation: preparing a recreation, generating a passage and assembling a montage do not wait on the same resources. A project can have generated scenes while final assembly is still pending. Read the project message rather than inferring status from a thumbnail or older preview.
Check conditions
- Check that scene media is ready and the version has finished saving. Missing media or an unavailable renderer must be resolved before rendering.
- Check the same project after reloading. Avoid creating a duplicate to bypass waiting. If Failed or Blocked appears, use its message to choose a retry.
After reloading, find the same project ID and version. Wait for their status to load before acting again. Closing the browser or losing the connection does not necessarily cancel the saved operation; recreating it without checking can complicate tracking rather than speed it up.
Respond to the displayed state
Queued without an error: leave the existing request waiting and return to check status. Active processing: see whether the stage changes, for example from assembly to audio mixing. Failed or Blocked: note the message and resolve the indicated media, access or availability issue before using the offered retry.
Fictional example: passages are ready but rendering reports missing media. The priority is checking the affected scene’s file, not regenerating the entire video. If no message explains the wait, give support the project and observation times rather than creating a series of new requests.
Provide useful details
If status remains unchanged, give support the project ID, stage, start time and message. Montage rendering and AI generation are separate operations; do not infer credits spent or refunded from delay alone.
